At Southfields Veterinary Specialists we are rapidly expanding and growing our referral services to offer a broader range of specialisms. At this exciting time, we’re looking to not only attract the very best in Veterinary Specialists to make a huge difference to our clients, but to invest in and develop successful Veterinary Specialists of the future.
Our commitment is to offer student placements to further develop the careers of emerging veterinary specialists in a live busy 24-hour working environment.
Southfields Veterinary Specialists isn’t a teaching hospital, so doesn’t provide organised theoretical and practical teaching programmes. On a placement you’ll experience intensive and challenging training through blending in rapidly and learning by being exposed to the daily clinical activities of Specialists.
We offer Clinical Extra Mural Studies (CEMS) for final year student attending UK and Ireland veterinary schools, through two week placements with our Veterinary Specialists
