Cesar Llanos
Ldo. Vet MRCVS
Diagnostic Imaging Intern
Cesar graduated from the University of León in September 2013. Shortly after graduation, Cesar travelled to New Zealand where he worked in a small animal first opinion practice while volunteering in a local referral hospital.
Over the following three years Cesar worked in Gourley Veterinary Surgeons, a busy first opinion practice where he became inspired by and very keen to learn more about diagnostic imaging. He then moved to Pet Medics Veterinary Surgeons, a tier 3 emergency hospital that provided out of hours care to more than 40 practices among Greater Manchester.
In March 2018, Cesar started a rotating internship at Willows Veterinary Centre and Referral Service. My passion for radiology grew throughout my internship.
Over the last year, Cesar has been working in a emergency hospital in Cambridge while visiting different diagnostic imaging departments through the UK.
He am currently studying towards a CertAVP(VDI) at Liverpool University and working in two research projects at the University of Cambridge.
Cesar enjoys all the imaging modalities. He particulary enjoys neuroimaging and imaging the oncologic patient.
In his spare time, Cesar likes travelling, cooking, technology and board games.
