Elisavet graduated from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2012. She continued her studies by obtaining a masters (with distinction) in “Molecular and Applied Physiology” from Medical School of Athens.

Before joining Southfields in October 2019, Elisavet worked for one of the busiest charity hospitals in the UK. Her passion lies in internal medicine and especially oncology, which is what she would like to specialise in.

In her spare time, Elisavet enjoys meeting with friends, watching horror movies, baking and making her cat Freddy Krueger happy.

Alba Manzanedo Delgado

Alba graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Leon (Spain) in 2017. During her degree she studied in Slovakia for 1 year at the University of Veterinary Medicine of Kosice. After she finished University Alba started working in Emergency and Critical Care in Alcala de Henares (Madrid).

In 2018, Alba moved to the UK and worked in first opinion practice as a mobile veterinary surgeon in Leicestershire for a year and a half. She have a keen interest in Neurology, in which she would like to become a specialist in the near future.

When not at work Alba enjoys spending time with her two rescue pets, Lia a cross chihuahua and her cat Selva. Alba also enjoys travelling, live-music and she practices yoga.

Carli Bentley

Carli graduated from the University of Bristol in 2009, soon after which she became a partner in a busy first opinion small animal hospital. Here she obtained a post graduate certificate in small animal medicine. Carli has strong interests in both medicine and diagnostic imaging. Carli left her partner role and joined Southfields to pursue her aim to become a specialist in the field of diagnostic imaging.

In her spare time, Carli enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping in wild Africa and caring for her two catkids Hilda and Derek.

Andrea De Bonis

Andrea De Bonis

Intern

Andrea graduated in veterinary medicine from the University of Bologna (Italy) in 2018. After his graduation Andrea visited the College of Veterinary Medicine, Mississippi State University where he developed a keen intereset in internal medicine and diagnostic imaging. Andrea worked for two years at a 24 hour hospital in Rome. He is currently studying for an advanced masters degree in Diagnostic Imaging at the University of Terumo (Italy).

In his spare time, Andrea loves to play and watch sports, in particular football.

Inês Dias Pereira Cabral

Inês graduated in November 2017 from Escola Universitaria Vasco da Gama in Coimbra, Portugal. She has a very keen interest in oncology, since she started her academic education and would like to become a specialist in this field.

Inês volunteered at a human oncology hospital in Portugal. After completing her masters degree, Inês completed an internship in pathology, where she applied for a PhD program at IPATIMOP in canine gastric cancer. Currently, Inês is completing her oncology certificate by ESAVS.

In her spare time, Inês enjoes travelling.

Samantha Medina

Samantha Medina

Samantha graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Las Palmas of Gran Canaria (Spain) in 2017. After that she completed a Master’s degree in veterinary clinic and Therapeutic investigation at the same University.

During the degree Samantha worked as an intern in the cardiology service for 4 years. She also completed two externships during her clinical years, one in the Veterinary hospital Molins in Barcelona and the other in the Veterinary Hospital Vetsia in Madrid.

In 2018 Samantha published an article in collaboration with the cardiology service as main author (Presented as a poster at ECVIM-CA 2018) After finishing her studies, Samantha worked like a locum in Gran canaria for 6 months. She then moved to the UK and worked in first opinion practice as a mobile veterinary surgeon for a year and a half.

Samantha is really interested in cardiology and Internal Medicine and her goal would be to become a specialist in the future. Samantha really enjoys the meeting friends and dancing.
