When our little terrier, Lady was diagnosed with cancer in her jaw we were both devastated and scared. When we were referred we quickly realised we were in good hands. Their care and support for both us and Lady was wonderful. She received a course of Radiotherapy which helped to make her much more comfortable and she was able to enjoy life again.

Rufus, my ten year old Newfoundland has been referred on numerous occasions over the last five years. He has been unlucky enough to have various conditions including ear canal removal, reoccurring pseudomonas infection, pancreatitis, lung tumour (cancer) removal, lung removal and gastric dilatation volvulus (bloat). He has always received excellent treatment, with each condition and treatment options being fully explained before any procedures have taken place, including emergency procedures.

He has often had to spend days and even weeks at a time as an inpatient. He has been expertly cared for as if he was their own pet, by all the vets and nurses and does not appear to be stressed whilst in there. One year when it was his birthday, one of the nurses even sang Happy Birthday to him!

I cannot recommend you highly enough, as I honestly believe that without the expert knowledge, surgery and care he has received, he would not be with me today.

The level of care and expertise our Rotti, Mr Tubbs has received has been first class. Our dog Ruby has been under their care for several years on and off with an immune disorder that has been life threatening at times. All the staff have provided the best possible care and treatment with expertise in all the different areas of animal medicine with amazing equipment to support treatment.

From referral to insurance claim forms the staff have been informative and helpful, with a clear plan of treatment, honest, compassionate and caring towards us and our dog.

It is truly a first class animal hospital who have worked miracles with our pet dog Ruby, and whom Ruby and ourselves are very thankful for. If it wasn't for the 24 hour care, seven days a week and their impeccable knowledge, Ruby would not have led a long and still on going life at the age of 10 where she comes everywhere with our family including kayaking, cycling, beach holidays to name but a few.
